Our History
Since 1981, Paxis Technologies has been empowering East Tennessee businesses with a full range of innovative IT solutions. We provide comprehensive services, expert support, and proactive strategies to augment client productivity, security, and customer satisfaction.

To expand our IT and telecommunication offerings and expertise, in June 2024, Paxis Technologies acquired Bestcom Advanced Communication Systems in Palm Beach, FL. This merger allows us to better serve the diverse and evolving needs of businesses across East Tennessee and South Florida. President
Dan Hale is the founder and President of PAXIS. He specializes in finance and sales. In his spare time, Dan enjoys sun, sand and travel.

Keven Keeton
Business Unit Director
Keven is the Fire Marshall of the office. Nothing happens without his direction and approval. As a procurement specialist, he has his finger on the pulse of everything from quotes to inventory. In his spare time, he enjoys destroying the competition in the company LAN parties.

Brandon Roark
Director of Security, Automation & AI
Brandon is responsible for the smooth delivery of IT Services. He manages to keep every customer problem moving through the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution. In his spare time he likes to fly his drone and organize the company LAN parties. If you ever see Brandon in person, snap a picture. He does not like to have his picture taken.
